How do I get support?** A: Mine stopped working exactly 6 months after buying. Contacted the owner thru Amazon messaging assistant. It would be nice it were stated in the listing.** A: Mine broke with two weeks left on the 2 year warranty. The hose that is connected to the pump cracked off the pump and is therefore not usable. I sent an email to the company asking where I could send it for repair or if they could send me a replacement pump and I could fix myself. In the morning I had an email waiting asking for my mailing address. They placed an order for a replacement unit (not just the pump) that day stating I would receive the replacement in 5 days or less. So far, extremely good and responsive customer service.
