My physical therapist recommended them to me. They crack your back and massage your muscles. I use this daily now and love it. However, I sat on mine a few times and, as you can see, it is now compressed in the middle and doesn’t work as well(I’m not extra heavy so just don’t do it). I think I will buy the firm version next time as this one has softened over time and I will NOT sit on the next one. I hope the next one will last longer with better care.
