The fit is snug without hurting. It does not leave any marks at all. It never falls off while sleeping. It does not make me hot. I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea. A few weeks after starting to use my CPAP machine, my hair turned into a Brillo pad! My hairdresser and I discovered the rubber bands that hold the mask onto your face that was causing my hair to become terribly dry. I found and ordered this sleep bonnet.
