Seriously, don't bother with any DIM products that come with tons of pills and require 2-4 pills per serving. This product has great value per pill and per dosage. The cost is superb- especially when you only need to take one pill a day and get a 4 month supply in one bottle (hooray for 120 pills!) I've used DIM in the past to help with hormonal acne around my jawline and it has made a noteworthy difference (although I still have occasional small blemishes on my cheeks and forehead- so this isn't a cure-all for pimples.) I have PCOS, so this is a great hormonal support supplement for me. I'm a fan of DIM overall and can vouch for it helping those with hormonal imbalances and hormonal acne. So yes, this product will help you! I can't vouch for the weight loss because my weight has remained the same (i'm not actively trying to loose weight either)- so don't assume from some of the other reviews that this is a weight-loss magic pill. I'm also very happy that this product is vegetarian too! No gelatin or nasties. My only complaint is that the container is plastic and not eco-friendly.
