I had to drink this 2 tea bags at a time 3 times a day to see results and produce more milk on the 3rd day. On top of thst i drank lots of water and straight carrot juice. IMO I wouldnt buy this again. My son is 4 Months and i an not producing as much. I am taking "Numom" fenugreek capsules in order to produce more that day. The capsules work the best along with drinking moringae oliferae tea.
