I have lost a pound while running, but weight fluctuates day to day anyway. It does keep me warm in the freezing arctic tundra that is NYC this time of year, which is enough to justify the cost. The fit is spot-on - I ordered a large and it fits like a U.S. large. Its snugly compresses your body especially on my tummy part. I used it for my workout and it feels cool even i am working out. It looks great also when you wear it outdoor. The price is comparable to expensive brand and in my opinion this is more sturdy and will last for a long use. It would be nice if they have assorted color to choose. I highly recommend it to everybody like to wear a comfortable compression shirt for every day use and or working out , running exercises.
