So was the gooseneck piece. Easy to assemble and adjust. Also quite lightweight. Unfortunately, the plastic "hold-pieces" are not made to securely hold my iPad in place and the plastic attachment to the gooseneck "ball" is not sturdy at all with nothing to secure it in place.
