If you want gluten free pasta that tastes like 'real pasta' this is it! - I waited until I have used this pasta for over a month before reviewing it as I wanted to try it in several dishes, cooked in different ways. Each and every time I have used it, it has turned out just perfectly, exactly as you would want and hope pasta to taste and look. I have tried many different types of gluten free pasta and I can confidently say that this is easily the best I have tasted. It really does taste like 'real' pasta. I have found that cooking it a little longer than the packet states works best for me but I do prefer my pasta to be on the softer side rather than al dente (sorry, to all of the traditionalists and gourmets out there!) I just add a few extra minutes onto the cooking time and this gives a softer bite without being in the slightest bit mushy. Unlike some other gluten free pastas that can very easily be overcooked and can start to disintegrate, I cannot imagine this ever being a problem with the Garofalo pasta. It keeps its shape well and doesn't lose any of its lovely taste. Overall, if you are searching for a gluten free pasta that gives you all of the taste and texture of typical durum wheat pasta, stop looking. This might just be it!

I waited until I have used this pasta for over a month before reviewing it as I wanted to try it in several dishes, cooked in different ways. Each and every time I have used it, it has turned out just perfectly, exactly as you would want and hope pasta to taste and look.
