**Q: How long does an open jar last?**
A: I bought 4 in September and I'm  on my last jar, depending how much you use it i guess, but the expiring day I think it's  2021

**Q: whats the ingredients of this paste?**
A: Special chilli from Peru and really good cooking ingredients to provide a good flavour.

**Q: Is this paste quite hot or is it a sweet, mild chilli sauce?**
A: taste is a personal thing but I would say this is a medium sauce. It has a lovely savoury, full flavour and works very well teamed with some Amarillo chilli sauce which is a pale yellow milld, sweet one. Personally I love this sauce as it gives a depth of flavour that just lovely

Excellent quality ají panca. The flavour is bold and authentic, not spicy but full of depth. I used it for marinades and sauces and it really elevates the dish. Smooth texture and great aroma when cooking. Hard to find good ají panca in the UK, so I’m very happy with this one.
