Update, great customer service. After the issue below. Seller contact me to rectify ver y easy and really appreciated them contacting. Excellent service. Brought this for my toddlers birthday. Arrived in time and we thought it would be perfect for a night light. She was so excited when she opened it. I started to set it up and thought that's not going to sit right. I checked the box and packaging and it looked like nothing had snapped off and there was no damage to the box etc. I thought it must be designed this way as there was no broken Plastic loose in the box. As you can can see in the video and doesn't sit right and is lose. I have had to put it on its side just to get it to stand straight and get the affect of the LEDs. Wouldn't recommend.
