The value and quality were hard to beat in my opinion. The ease of filter cartridge changes is awesome! I was having an issue with me float valve and I reached out to their customer service team. They responded quickly and it was a simple fix that I completely overlooked in the instructions. Needless to say, I know that if I have questions or concerns, they are there and ready to help their customers. That goes a long way nowadays with internet shopping! Regarding water quality specifically, I have hard tap water from the city. It's loaded with TDS averaging above 300 and conductivity at 650+. After the initial flush of the filters, I was getting a solid ZERO on both parameters! I couldn't ask for anything better!
