I usually take a 39 but these are quite long but they will be ok for the plantar fascitis i'm suffering with at the moment. Without being able to try them on i wasnt sure whether a 38 would have been too tight. The sandals are beautifully made and beautifully soft. Same lovely soft leather but this pair has cross over adjustable straps which are uncomfortable on the top of my foot - one foot only so feel it's the foot's fault rather than the sandal!
