But two years ago when I tested my ferritin was low 20s. Then when I tested earlier this year it was 27 despite taking beef liver every day and eating red meat multiple times a week. I added these in the last several months and will update when I get my results back, but the noticeable differences I’ve seen is I stopped getting sick when I added these in and my energy went way up.
