I don't mind a little money to send it back, but $17, really? It was not opened and not out of the packaging at all. This geri-chair comfort seat has a lot of cushion and after trying it on my chair found it to be soft and seems to be very resilient. The fabric is a nice soft, smooth dark navy. I wish it came in a variety of colors like tan or brown.The geri cushion fit my recliner perfectly including the footrest. The straps don't fit around the recliner but I'm sure I can add more velcro straps (covered or padded so it doesn't damage the leather) or figure something out but it does seem to stay put without the straps.I priced a lot of places and cushions and geri cushions and this was an excellent price and excellent product for my needs. It arrived today and was wrapped in plastic and had velcro straps to keep it in a roll. It unrolled easily and I secured the velcro around the back so it can't be seen in the chair. It appears to be reversibleThe cushion is a perfect fit for my recliner. I like that I can roll it up and take it with me when traveling. I used to have to keep a small wedge pillow behind my neck but no longer need it as my neck is now comfortable. I am getting ready to have knee surgery and the full length will help keep my knee comfortable.I had originally decided I was going to cut the arms off, but they add more comfort, almost like a cocoon.I am delighted with this cushion and feel the company could sell many of these if they had the word "recliner" cushion in the title description.
