When we received the shipment, we sorted out all of the noodles where it appeared that lest than 10% of the noodle was broken off. We were able to assemble 9 boxes of these noodles. Then we collected the noodles that had more than 10% of the noodle broken off, but still appeared to be somewhat usable in a lasagna, and we were able to assemble 2 more boxes containing these noodles. The remaining pieces of broken noodles filled the final box (maybe these pieces will be usable in a spaghetti-like dish?) Therefore, for the one shipment of 12 boxes that we received, we were able to assemble 9 boxes of noodles that could reasonably be used in making lasagna, 2 boxes of noodles that might be marginal for use in making lasagna, and 1 box with lots of broken pieces of noodles. Please remember that this is a one time evaluation, and you might receive a shipment much worse or much better than this one.
