I love it!. I wear it under my dresses and sweaters. It smooths everything and there's no over-spill. The material is nice and feels good on. It's not that thin-barely-holds-you-in-might-rip-at-any-minute kind of material. Its thick but not too thick to where it makes you hot and sweaty. It holds you in but not to where its uncomfortable. I'm bigger than a size 8 and it holds everything in nicely. It fits right under your chest. I ordered XL, I'm 5'5 and 175lbs. When it arrived I chose to wear it on a busy day, I'm talking kids school, work, shopping, back to kids school, and working out.I wore Jean's with it first. The shapewear might of held everything a little too well because I could not keep my Jean's on. But it gave me a nice slim look thru my torso. The crotch area was a little difficult to latch the first time, after I latched and unlatched it a couple of times throughout the day i had it down pat, no more issues.After my running around it was time to workout out. I left it on and put my yoga pants over it. I normally wear a large but was able to get away with my size medium comfortably.The shapewear lasted all day with no issues, it was breathable and the open bust helps give you a lift.
