I am going to try to super glue it instead of going through any return hassle. All in all a very good product and they provided the "look" I was going for . It is bigger round than a baseball, totally incorrect for a plant hanger. The pictures make it look in proportion to the rope, but it is not. The ring is so large that it will not correctly fit on a hook. It was a great waste of my money.
