And apparently do, in fact, have a fat head (23"). I bought it with the expectation it would be too tight, but hoped I would be wrong. Unfortunately, it is way too tight for comfort, and gives me a headache and leaves a 1/4" divot around my head for about 20 minutes. But I still give it 5 stars. Why? Because IT WORKS. I wore it for two days that happened to be the hottest and most humid days this year so far. Normally by the end of my 3-mile power walk, my ball cap is soaked and dripping from the brim, my eyes are stinging, and I have had to clean my sunglasses multiple times just to see. With the Halo II I had not a single drop on my glasses. No stinging eyes at all. The hat I wore over it was barely damp. The design and tech absolutely work as advertised. I haven't been this pleasantly surprised with a product in a long time. If they add an adjustment for base circumference, this would be a 6/5 star product for me. I still hope it may stretch a bit with use and become comfortable enough, but honestly, the quality is high enough it may not stretch.
