However, I am able to see from averages of calories burnt by a man of my measurements and weight during certain sports and exercises (as seen online from various sources) that the watch doesn't seem to be tracking correctly, not ridiculously far off but noticeably different from the realistic number (400 recorded rather than 600-800). This is not the only indication of why I think the device is inaccurate... a friend of mine with a more expensive, branded fitness watch that i exercise regularly with is receiving very different results from his watch compared to mine even when we are of a very similar weight and height (while also keeping similar intensities).I emailed the maker of the app paired with this watch for advice on how to get more accurate readings a month ago and i am still yet to hear back.OVERALL : not a bad watch in terms of design and speed, however for accurate readings i would recommend going for a more expensive and branded watch. ### ⭐⭐ Heart rate monitoring/ calorie count *by C***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 July 2019* Good little watch the only thing disappointing at the moment is the fact that the heart rate doesn't keep tracking constantly , when the watch goes 'off' as in when a person is sat on the couch or isn't looking at the screen then the heart rate isn't being tracked and will only become active when a person looks at the watch and goes onto the heart rate monitor bit. Thus you are unable to provide a 24/7 heart rate tracker and give a true account of your heart rate throughout the day... Is there any fix for this whether a software fix as I think it's important that this is looked at, also there calorie counter doesn't work for counting normal day to day lifestyle count, only seems to work when doing excersise, and doesn't add the calories you burn for just living .
