It isn't. You have to purchase it.There is some Microsoft touch software included.All that aside, if you want a powerful, easy to use computer at a reasonable price...This is it!July 2012I've now been using this computer for three months and have additional comments.Forget what I said about the touch software apps not being included. They are! You just have to know how to find them.Launch 'Clearfi' and it's not too difficult to figure out how to use them,, although I don't fancy your chances if you are new to computers.Again, it all comes down to the terrible 'user guide'.The graphics are excellent when playing games. The NVIDIA GT520 runs most games at a good frame rate and if, like me, you are into Flight sims, FSX runs beautifully with a load of scenic additions from Aerosoft. and Just Flight.All in all, an excellent computer, well worth the money.But, come on Acer. It works fine. Not too sure about the Acer specific programs, they just seem to get in the way.
