They are pretty and an excellent alternative to paper plates. We are very happy to be able to reuse them. They washed up very well. Because of the way they were packaged, the top plates for the bigger sizes were slightly scratched from the bottom of the plate above. We used these plates to extend and compliment our Methodist church china for a beautiful combined Holy Week/Passover combined potluck. While these plates are disposable, we washed them so we can use them again. All but one came through the hand wash (not the dishwasher) without a scratch, and we will use them again for our Easter Sunday get together. Trying to be green and save the church funding, while still having very nice dinnerware. Very, Very pleased with this product.
