**Q: Is this a good hot dog blend**
A: I think it would work fine for that.

**Q: Does it have whole fennel seeds in it ?**
A: I will not buy this product again because it is mostly salt. I bought ground fennel separately. You have to hunt for the spices other than salt which is a lot less expensive when bought on its own to make your own mix. They also add sugar which I don't like.

**Q: Can this be used to make/mix Italian sausage?**
A: Haven't used it yet but that is what it is made for.

**Q: Can this be used in making vegetarian hot dogs?**
A: Yes,  And it comes out deliciously.  Yum.
