The Speedo one is much tighter and keeps hair dryer, but it so tight that gives me a headache after wearing it for 15 mins ... **Q: Does this product straight the head? Because I never buy swimming cap silicone for this reason.** A: By straight, do you mean strain? If so, I've swam for an hour with this cap without giving me any headaches. Great cap! And there's a warranty on it if you're unhappy. **Q: Will it work on short hair ?** A: It should work fine with short hair **Q: What is the warranty about and how long does it last?** A: The warranty is great though I am not sure of all the details. They replaced the damaged cap and refunded my money. I'm a regular swimmer for exercise and have long hair plus I swim with waterproof headphones. This cap does what none of the previous ones I've had does, it covers the whole ear comfortably. The other caps I tried do not have as pronounced of an indentation that this cap has, nor as much total room for head and hair alike. In the image you see how the top and back of the cap has bumps, and THIS IS GOOD, because it shows the extra room it has even with the model having their hair tucked. Tight and smooth looking caps have no room and will constantly pull themselves off you if you do not have very short hair. The model isn't small, I'm 5'10 165lbs and the cap covers my head just like in the picture.
