This is by far the best noodles. Now know why most Chinese restaurants use this brand. Quick to cook and the taste is oriental. Closest thing to having a proper chicken chow mein dish.

I’ve been using these for around two years now. They are excellent, they are easy to use and are just like the noodles from the takeaway (depending on how you cook). I have heard that many takeaways actually use these noodles. They are vegan and keep for a long time. Would recommend!

The noodles are tasty, good quality and portioned up in a great size, however I was expecting to open the box to have them in smaller packages inside. This isn't the case, inside there is one bag with the noodle nests inside so you will need to transfer to other container(s) to keep them fresh. Not a deal breaker as they're great value, but had I known this in advance I could've made better storage arrangements ahead of delivery. Highly recommend the product, though.

During lockdown I started perfecting Chinese dishes like restaurants do. These are the noodles that the majority of Chinese takeaways and restaurants use for chow mein. I used to have to buy 15kg boxes of them which was a pain to store. These small retail boxes are so much more convenient.Trust me if you have never tried them they will be a game changer for you. Best method is put in boiling water in pan for 3 minutes, then let sit for 2 minutes, drain and then rinse under cold water and lay flat on a tray to dry out for at least 20 minutes.Then for typical chow mein get yourself some MSG, salt, Lee kum Kee light and dark soy sauce, onions, spring onions and beansprouts and a pinch of white pepper and you will have the best chow mein
