Many years ago, the original manufacturer would repair the bladders. Then at least once, they sold me a replacement. But my experience with the new owners is that they don't sell replacement bladders. I'm so glad the bellows finally broke on that one so I could get this one which just fits. The bellows rotted and he was unable to repair them. We ordered another one using the sizing recommendations that the company gave. His neck is 18 1/2 inch so we ordered the wide, designated for 18 inches and up. He had a problem transitioning to the new machine as it hurt his neck. He stayed hopeful as this is what the company recommended. The older Pronex only came in one size. The new Pronex is too large.
