The large was too big so I guess Large starts at 36". **Q: How much tubing will fit in the tuubezz? my husband's new peg tube is about 15" long** A: It should fit as the tuubezz goes all the way along the waist line. I'm assuming that your husband's tube can go around his waist? Why is the new peg tube so long? Maybe he should consider a mic-key button if he is active. It is not noticeable with looser tops. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Convenient day-to-day solution *by R***Y on April 14, 2016* I've had a gastrostomy tube for about two months now, and I own two of these belts in size small, which fits reasonably well. It's nice to have one to wear while the other is drying after a wash (after hiking/cycling/workouts). My tube is a "dangler" and has a bulky Lopez valve on the end, so I don't use the hole in the belt -- I just put the tube and valve in the velcro pouch. The belt is comfortable and generally stays in place well. It's nice to not have to tape the tube to myself or use safety pin schemes which seem to invite inadvertent pulls on the tube when something catches.
