I can't wait to get it installed and use it!! I was so excited when the tub arrived. My contractor came over as soon as it was delivered to open the box and inspect it. I was thrilled by the beautiful design, and the sturdiness of the tub, but heartbroken when my contractor found a long crack just below the outer rim. He said that it could start to leak once it was used. I immediately contacted desertcart about a replacement (I WANT this tub!). I've been told that the cracked tub will be picked up next week, and a replacement will be delivered. I'm really hoping that it's not a hassle to get it picked up now that it's out of the box (we kept all the packing material, but I can't re-box it myself!), and that the replacement is in good shape. We were concerned about the flimsy accordion drain, so bought a different (OS&B) slide in drain based off reviews and YouTube, but weren’t able to use it, as there would be no way to connect it while being installed on a concrete slab.
