And I needed something to warm up my muscles before I started training. This is perfect. the weight I got was 8 kg. Which is enough for me because I don't do Heavy training these days. But I would recommend to anybody who just wants to do some light weight training or some aerobic workout and need some extra weight just to add a little bit extra to your workout. Or you could buy two or three and just use them for your entire workout. I would say treat them with A Little Respect though. Because I think they're full of sand. And the outer sponge casing could probably rip easy if you didn't look after it.
