It has safety features such as you can’t go crazy quick on pushing the ice to shred. It holds a lot of shaved ice. I do like the straw to help drain excess water I just wish there was a way to take off the straw and plug it up. It works very quick and you get on between the soft ice and that Raspa ic. It is loud but what snow-cone machine is quiet. The only promblem I have with it is when you push the ice in and it finishes and your pulling the handle back out to put more Ice the handle holds onto some ice and then it falls in the machine and counter and it makes things wet. I’ll ad pics soon.
