Laying it flat, the un-buttoned length of it resembled more of a choker for the neck than a cuff measured for a woman's wrist. I then realized that the band simply needs to be wrapped twice around the wrist, buttoned, then minor adjusting of the straps to create that loose, bangled appearance I was looking for.
