It has realistic wood texture and is thicker than I anticipated!! It was a BREEZE to put on and has a good stickiness to the adhesive on the back. It did get stuck on itself a couple of times due to my handling it, but it came off of itself without any damage or distorting and fairly easily if you ask me. I am curious how it’ll hold up outside in the summer so we’ll see! I got a new dining table and dressed the old one up better to utilize it outside on our porch. It’ll be under a cover unless we’re using it. So we’ll see the durability of it and how the adhesive reacts to being in the heat but covered most of the time. I wasn’t super worried about the base of the table before I put this on but I did wash it and give it a quick sand. It works great, it looks great and in 15 minutes the tabel looked 10 years newer. I found it helpful to use a rubber squeegee as I would in applying window tint. The squeegee made It lay down perfectly.
