It fits snug to your body until you fill the bottles with water. The belt is not thick enough to pull tight so it rests flush against you, but I do not have a flat stomach. I tried to jog with it on just this morning and it was bouncing. Now, I am NOT wearing fabric that the nubs can grip to, I think if I was wearing a cotton shirt or some other not so slick material it may have stayed still, but again it wasn't flat against my body. I wear it turned around so the pouch is in the back so it stays put. The pouch is big enough for my IPhone 6, and fits my keys and lip balm in the front zipper. The water bottles can be kept in place with straps, but even without them they stay put. Sturdy well made product. ### ⭐⭐ Wouldn’t recommend *by D***D on November 19, 2017* I give this two stars because the pouch is rather large and uncomfortable and the bottles never fit securely for me. I used it while running a half-marathon and while running, a bottle fell out of the pouch onto the floor not one, or two, but three times! ### ⭐⭐⭐ price is good and in DC summer *by R***L on July 15, 2016* Bounces up and down and the straps adjust outward as you run, loosening the belt. Im not exactly petite but a 4/6 and I wear it as tight as it goes. Every couple miles, I re-tighten.
