The product works fairly well to lubricate the nostrils during the cold weather while the heat is on. It has not seemed to help yet with my bloody noses but maybe the product effectiveness will improve with prolonged use. It is a gentle nasal moisturizing gel which can be used as often as needed and for as long as needed. So far I like the eucalyptus scent the best.
