Fits and looks fine. Sizing was accurate for me. Review: Good Quality - I finally got around to buying a pair of these... plenty of my shirts and pants got wrecked from chemicals and oil stains. They were available at local stores near me but were much more expensive. As mentioned, order one size up. I usually take a medium tall, but I got a large tall and it fit good (I'm 6' 2" 168lbs). There's enough room for me to wear normal clothes underneath. The only thing I don't like is the pants access slots that let you get in the pockets underneath. It's a good idea, but they're wide open with no way to seal them and dirt gets in. They're also right next to the coveralls pockets and I mistakingly reach into them occasionally with dirty hands getting on my pants. I'll probably sew some Velcro on and it'll be perfect.
