It's a no brainer. This is my second one. The first died after a year and a half worth of use(and I fixed it with a switch bypass so its a back up now). The only bad thing is the blade could have been shaped different. With a little angle on it to aid in mixing and make it more powerful. When you are constantly repairing old equipment sometimes you are faced with replacing old with new. This can always feel like a β€œshot in the dark” moment when purchasing something over amazon. This immersion blender has been an excellent purchase, Chef approves and has been using constantly without worry. The newer design is lighter weight, while the quality is still ever apparent. Very happy with this purchase and it’s performance, thus far. It’s also pretty awesome that it comes with a wall hanger.
