I’ve read a good bit of research and Boswellia gets a definite thumbs up in four scientific studies of arthritis relief. I’m taking the human form myself now and it does relieve pain. It certainly has helped my 20 year old haflinger. She is much better in lunge and is enjoying being ridden again. She also has a chondroitin and glucosamine supplement (necessary to slow deterioration in joints).
