Some types will break the spring if you repeatedly squeeze it..** A: The spring parts are different from the springs of other adjustable hand grippers. GD IRON GRIP is made with compression springs. So it is more durable and stronger than tension springs. The support parts and body is so strong as well. So I think you don't need to worry about the breakage when you repeatedly squeeze it. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. We always do our best to make valuable products which you can use your whole life! Thank you. - Team GD - **Q: When using this does it hurt your hand?** A: No! but I would advise you start at the lightest setting including attaching the extenders; this will allow your hands to build strength over time. Start with no more than a few minutes every second day and progress forward when you reach that point, "remember to go easy at first". **Q: How do I do maintenance? Need to add some lubricant on the specific area regularly?** A: Not a Buick.. no lubrication needed. **Q: What is the warranty?** A: There is a 30 day return policy in general, this item is really a solid item which you have to fiscally damage it, in order it should be damaged. I think it comes with a 1 year manufacturer warranty ## Frequently Bought Together - GD IRON GRIP Grip Strength Trainer Adjustable Hand Gripper Strengthener Hand Grip Exerciser Wrist Strengtheners Silent & Durable – Forearm, Finger & Hand Strength Training for Athletes, Climbers & Rehabilitation - GD Pinch Grip for GD IRON GRIP EXT model, Finger Strengthener Hand Grip Exerciser Strengthener Premium Adjustable Hand Gripper for Climber - GD Grip Tape (3 Colors), Grip Tape for Hand Grip Strengthener, Non-Slip Tape, Iron Grip, Overgrip, Reduce Pain and Injury Recovery --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/2062639-iron-grip-grip-strength-trainer-hand-gripper-forearm-strengthener-metal](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/2062639-iron-grip-grip-strength-trainer-hand-gripper-forearm-strengthener-metal) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
