In previously harvested areas, the Chaga is regrowing within 2-3 years to the same size and in some cases larger. I love the way Chaga Pure and Simple responds quickly to orders, unlike other companies I won't name, who are unresponsive. I wasn't wild about the idea of leaving my stove-top on for 8 hours; but when I purchased a 1.5 quart crock pot, woo-hoo! That was the key.
