Review: Nice for someone who forgets their meds - Got it for my mother with dementia, she is still living independently and always forgot to take her meds, I do believe this helps her. Not very easy to set up but its working.
Review: Works great, need better instructions for complete use. - Battery compartment is tight, 90 year old dad could not put batteries in, requiring putting batteries in and pushing down both at same time. Pamphlet dies not explain how to cancel alert, only how to set time, alerts. Called support, gentleman was great explaining how to cancel alert. Should be put in the provided instrutctiins

### ⭐ Good idea…but flawed

I bought this for my mom who needs reminders to take her meds. I set it up for her and it was great reminding her to take her meds, but it went off at 3:00 AM every night as well and woke her up. I checked the settings…took out the batteries…reset it. Still went off. I exchanged it for a new one and tested it before giving it to her to make sure she wasn’t doing something to cause the extra alarm. Same thing. It worked for me on time, but it also went off in the middle of the night and other random times. I see by the reviews it’s a common problem. Wish I had read them before. I need for my mom to get sleep at night, so I’ll return the second unit and keep looking for a better alternative.
