Very soft and has a nice heft. I personally prefer a less rounded brush profile, but this works. I'm probably going to use it instead of my first synthetic that splays practically over my entire cheek area. Brushes are personal things anyways. It would never replace my Simpson badger brush but it is still relatively nice.
