It does not burn my eyes. The color is nice and has a creamy consistency when applied. It is easy to apply and a good value. My only complaint is that the product in the tip dries out quickly. You have to squeeze out a bit of the product and dispose of it before each use. If you do not do this then the product will flake and look terrible. It might not be a problem if you use it every day.
