I actually own this product and it doesn't seem to be charging properly!** A: Mine charges properly but the light is always orange when charging. It goes red when it needs a charge but just stays orange no matter how long it’s plugged in for. However, like I said, it charges ok **Q: What is the shortest length it can trim with just the blade?
