I cook with it every day and it cooks like it did day 1 and that is to say it cooks evenly and easily. I’ve had this now for about 6 months and love this pan. Will definitely buy more in different sizes. I do take very good care of it and use silicone utensils and hand was only. Care for this pan and it will care for you.

**Q: Is this pan coated with Teflon or some other chemical?**
A: It's not clear what the coating.  The description says it "features a textured triple-reinforced coating that is ideal for browning and searing, with or without oil, and easily wipes clean."  The literature that accompanied the pan says it's "PFOA free."

**Q: Long-term usage nonstick? Please update your reviews...**
A: I bought this pan 2 and a half years ago.  I handwashed it, never used it on high heat or used metal utensils. It's lost It's nonstick properties and looks pretty tough.  Looks lightly scratched and stained, I expected it to last a lot longer. I'll be replacing it soon.

**Q: If this is anodized aliminum, how is it induction cooltop compatible?**
A: Magnetic bottom

**Q: Does this pan need to be seasoned?**
A: I did season the pans as Le Creuset suggests.  These pans are great, tough but forgiving.

This is the best pan! My husband wanted a good quality egg pan, so I purchased this for him as a gift after doing quite a lot of research. I have used it several times now, and it is so nice! It is heavy duty, but not too heavy. Good remnants wash right off and don’t stick to the pan. I now want a whole set of these in various sizes!
