It helps me so much before and after I run as I have osteoarthritis from a side effect of medications. I swear by this stuff, use it in combo with a topical ointment with lidocaine like a roll on or a spray and if you want to double do it you could also combine it with one with menthol, though it will make you smell, the combo helps GREATLY with pain. If I had to choose just one I would pick this one.
