Thermos is 10.5 inches tall and 3.5 inches wide.** A: It will hold my 1.1 qt Stanley thermos. However, I am not able to put anything in the pocket then. I usually use it with my 20 oz. Camelbak bottle. I fill it 1/2 full with ice cubes then add water. With the 20 0z bottle I am able to use the pocket. The Stanley is a bit heavy once filled with water & I haven't had any issues with the weight.
