This cover fits over the pool, sinking down to the water level between the pillow and the sides of the pool where rainwater collects. The cover still falls well below the top edge of the pool falling about 12" down. We then siphon rainwater off the top with a hose. Tried to contact and get labels for setting…process was unusually difficult so we gave up and keep going off a picture the pool person gave us.
