Then I throw them out. I have asked my doctors and they tell me drugs have a standard expiration date of one year but they usually last two years. I have taken drugs that were expired two for two months that still worked. The probiotics are dried and bacteria have been revived that was after a thousand years old. If they are expired and dead then my opinion is that they just won't work.
