So I went on a hunt for something that would make it easier and I come across this I read every review and decided to get this one and it arrive faster then said it would . And he used it that night. No more worries it was easy to hook to the side of his bed and real easy for him to use .no leaks no spills ,no getting up everytime he used it .easy to clean no smells I let him use it for 2 weeks before I wrote this review. So if you wont something to make it easier for your loved one to use try this one . And makes life easier for you to no more cleaning up spelled pee and no more smelling up the bedroom . It is thick the lid will not just pop off .this is a big life saver . And it holds. I got this to give him peace of mind and a way to “go” if he is desperate and there is no place to stop. I choose this particular model because I wanted a clear container so that we could see how full it is, and I also chose the combination of the highest rated and best value. This is easy for him to use, easy to clean, and was a perfect solution. It’s large enough to do the job, does not make a mess, and small enough to fit discretely in a bag to take and empty it.I write honest reviews to help others make informed purchases. I hope my review helped you. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hose cracked after 2 months *by A***T on October 17, 2021* The hose and cup was very easy for my bedridden son to handle. I liked that the jug was semi-transparent, so I could see when it needed to be. You can't let the liquid get above the 2000 milliliter mark, or it will quickly overflow the next time it is used. The caps and connections are not leak-proof. I gave it 4 stars because the hose cracked near the cup after 2 months of use. I am using rubberized caulking to repair it, and when the caulking cures, I will reinforce that area of the hose with duct tape. Since there is no way to buy a replacement hose, I have to order another unit, just in case my patch job fails.UPDATE Nov 7, 2021: My patch job failed, so I cut off the hose at the split and reversed the hose. it took a lot of effort to stretch the other end to fit the stem of the cup, but it should give us another few months of use. I also reinforced the hose with duct tape and rubber caulking. If (and when) it cracks again, I will buy an automotive rubber hose and clamp it to the cup stem with an automotive clamp. So far, the container hasn't leaked, but overflow is a problem, as the cap and hose side are not water tight. On the advice of another reviewer, I set the container in a plastic tray to catch any leaks.
