I have the plastic gibs on my slide that have a small shoulder that fit to the bearing block. I had to remove this should from the gib and make them a 1/16 small so these blocks would fit my slide. I did order replacement gibs on eBay that will likely work, but for now the slide is operational. My top bearing block was damaged, this part was able to resolve my issue. Here are the steps on how to drill out the holes: Use a center punch to mark the center of each hole. Drill a pilot hole using a 1/8" bit. Gradually increase the size of the bit until you reach 9/16". Clean out the holes with a wire brush. Install the new bearing blocks. It is important to note that drilling out the holes may weaken the structure of the wall.
