I'm a nanny and have learnt bits and pieces of this practice over the years. I think it's paced beautifully in the sense you can take it month by month and prepare yourself without feeling like you need everything. It shows you how it can be done but does not pressure you in any way to do it in a particular way - your personality first. My only reason for 4 stars is that there were a few topics that I thought were either misleading or wrong - especially the part about giving birth and suggesting mother's who have a caesarian could swab their baby with their fluids (also known as vaginal seeding) there is not enough research to see if this is 1. Effective but most importantly 2. SAFE!
